Supervision of the income, expenditure and advance account estimates of the ministry

Implementation of the budget through all financial institutions regarding votes of expenditure, deposit accounts, advance account funds and other accounts and analyzing them.

Do payments for all expenditure in appropriate time, do follow up activities about expenditure and review the implementation of budget by state financial and financial institutions.

Management of statutory funds of the ministry.

Supervision of the receipt of foreign aids, foreign loans / donations according to the agreements.

Submission of annual appropriation accounts and other accounts according to financial laws and regulations and other circulars of the treasury. 

Submission of reports about financial targets and from time to time reviewing their progress.

Establishment of financial systems and issuing necessary guidelines about them to the staff of the institutions coming under the ministry.

Monitoring the answers for audit queries in the ministry and the institutions remaining under it.

Reporting to the public accounts committee and public enterprise committee and coordinating the other meetings held with chief enumerating officer.

Supervision of the duties of accounting staff.
