Mrs. Udara T. Dikkumbura, M.Sc. (Staffordshire, UK), MTE (OUSL), PGDE (OUSL), B.Sc. (SJP)

Mrs. Dikkumbura is a Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service Class I officer, joined the service through open competitive examination in the year 2005.  She previously served as the Additional Secretary (School Affairs), Director of Education at ICT and Research & Development Branches and also has served in the Education Reforms and National Colleges of Education branches as the Deputy Director of Education and Assistant Director of Education as well.

Mrs. Dikkumbura is an Alumni of Staffordshire University, UK where she obtained her M.Sc. in Information Technology Management.

Additionally she has in many Technical Evaluation Committees, interview panels of selecting Teachers / Principals / Officers, judging panels of competitions and quizzes, and as a resource person in capacity development programmes in the education sector.
