Function of Division

Evaluation of whether the physical and human resources have been managed efficiently and effectively in the process of achieving the expected goals of the Ministry of Education.

Maintaining a continuous observation and evaluation about the formality and adequacy of the internal supervision used for revealing and prevention of errors and frauds of the actions after inspecting the internal administration methods maintained for the management activities of the Ministry of Education. 

Providing guidelines necessary for the promotion of internal administration methods of the Ministry of Education.

Confirming the fact that the public funds are spent effectively and efficiently and confirming the security of physical, financial and human resources of the Ministry of Education.

Checking the progress of the fulfillment of plans and programs in the implementation of development projects and schemes conducted under the Ministry of Education.

Provision of necessary procedures for the maintenance of financial discipline related to the Pirivenas, Teacher Training Colleges, Colleges of Education, National Schools, Institutions and the departments    affiliated with the Ministry of Education.

Conducting inspections regarding the irregularities, corruptions and misuses happening within the system of education and sensitizing the upper management for taking necessary actions to correct them.    

Provision of recommendations relating to make necessary revisions for updating the circulars depending on the current requirements in order to prevent various irregularities and corruptions and for the continuous formal existence with the objective of providing solutions to current requirements and also to create the efficiency and productivity of the education system.
