Function of Branch

Coordinate With Other Branches of the Ministry of Education for the education quality development of Tamil Schools.

Identify the educational,human resource and physical resource needs of the Tamil Schools.

Organize and conduct human resource development programs at zonal and provincial level based on the needs.

Coordinate and Work With the Provincial Education Authorities and National School Principals and assist them for the development of Tamil Schools.

Take necessary steps to fulfill the needs of the Tamil Schools through communicating with the relevant branches of the Ministry of Education.

Coordinate with the project agenies for the development of Tamil schools on the request .
